Principle of Power Saving
Power usage can be calculated as follow:
P(Power usage) = V(Voltage) x l(Current) x CosO(Power Factor) {W]
There are three methods to save the electrical power:
1. Voltage drop
2. Phase modifying
3. Current improvement
Voltage Drop System
Lower the intensity of lighting
Reduce torque of the motor
Reduce the product life span of equipment
Phase Modifying System (condenser)
Compensation for reducing "reactive power'
Excessive installation will cause "leading phase", which increase the power
utilization and has danger of getting fire.
Current Improvement System
Uses a current improvement method improving current reception by minimizing the
load without any voltage adjustment.
Highly effective for industrial purposes as well as domestic use.
Nano FIR emitting device will emit the far infrared ray (FIR) (8~11 Micro meter, near
the maximum radiation energy).
FIR is converted to Rotating Electromagnetic Waves consecutively by
alternative magnetic field.
Rotating Electromagnetic Waves absorbed into wire and have influence on
imperfect crystal structure and make free electron flow better.
The system will convert the reactive power wasted by electrical resistance into
active power to improve current level and reduce the resistance inside the cable.
Finally it reduces resistance of wire and improves current value energy.
